Synthetic Borehole ® (SB)These are watertight, semi-rigid, thin-walled anti-static tubes which in underground mines allow placing full-length, clean, dry, continuous and stable drills. These tubes allow the explosive to be dosed and confined to the bottom. They are manufactured according to the requirements of each operation, improving progress, achieving stable ceilings, avoiding reworks, reducing costs and eliminating high-impact explosives use.
Long Synthetic Borehole ® (LSB)These are similar tubes to the SB, suitable for using in Long Drill operations adding multiple benefits such as ensuring the possibility to maintain a reserve of drills, stable, clean and dry, avoiding expensive reprocessing. Additionally they are able to be folded for easy transport and handling in mine interior.
Synthetic Contour Borehole ® (SCB)They are products similar to SB, suitable for using in a smaller diameter contours than the standard drill; this allows minimizing the explosive amount used during the process even to the minimum, all these factors result in a muffled blast, achieving stable walls and ceilings.
Underground Energy Plug ® (UEP)It is a device which is ideal auxiliary for the Synthetic Contour Borehole, which prevents leakage of energy saving operating times.
Borehole Bag ® (BB)Plastic liner BAG designed for all types of terrain, tailor-made for drilling; May have retaining handles or tabs to facilitate loading. Designed with a reinforcement bag, to prevent tearing and keep waterproof, and also with a bag of ballast to help them to descend easily. Ideal for holes with presence of water, allowing the use of explosive ANFO.
Gas Bag ® (GB)They are bags designed to inflate easily and are resistant to high loads and tearing. Custom made to fit specific drilling size (diameter and depth), they are used to create plugs along the borehole, this is either for muffled blasting, pre-cuts, water insulation, closing the hole in cases of caves or old mining works.
Energy Plug ® (EP)They are products of conical form and made of material resistant to the high impact. At the time of the blast they avoid the energy leakage of the mined area to the outside and they improve the fragmentation; Generating time, energy and wear other costs savings in crushing and milling equipment. They also avoid the risk of flying stones.
